Thought to have originated in the Central African Republic, the complex, citrusy flavor of this pepper is a perfect way to add (searing) heat to fresh fruit salsas, grilled foods, and all other brightly flavored summertime food.  If you want heat year around, this is a great pepper for making fresh or fermented hot sauces.  2” to 4” Peppers ripen from green to orange.
